This policy applies to this website. Services reached through outside links—including registration, fundraising, social media, podcast, and interview platforms—have their own privacy practices.
Information you choose to share
We may receive information you voluntarily provide when you submit an inquiry form, send an email, request counseling information, register for an event, ask about a resource, or otherwise contact Roshell Boudreaux or the ministries represented on this website. That information may include your name, email address, telephone number, event details, availability, the type of support requested, registration details, and the contents of your message. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, or detailed crisis information through an inquiry form.
How information may be used
Information may be used to respond to you, provide requested information or services, manage event registration, maintain ministry and business records, send communications you have requested, prevent abuse of limited-capacity registrations, and protect the safety and integrity of the website and its services.
Technical and anti-abuse information
When a registration form is submitted, limited technical information may be processed to protect the form from automated or repeated false submissions. The workshop registration system temporarily stores a one-way hash derived from the submitting internet address for rate limiting. The original internet address is not stored in the registration table, and the temporary anti-abuse record is automatically eligible for deletion after 24 hours.
Sharing and third-party services
Personal information is not sold. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to fulfill your request, operate a connected service, process a registration or transaction, comply with law, or address a safety concern. Links on this website may lead to Jotform, Spotify, Give A Hand, VoyageHouston, Instagram, Facebook, or other third-party services. Their policies govern the information they collect.
Security and retention
Reasonable care is used when handling information, but no website, email, or electronic system can guarantee complete security. Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, for ministry or business records, or to meet legal obligations.
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through the website.
Your choices
You may ask questions about information you previously shared or request that we correct or delete it, subject to any legal or recordkeeping requirements. Use the general inquiry form on the main website to make a privacy request.
