Because digital products can be accessed immediately and cannot be physically returned, all digital workbook and downloadable-resource sales are final after delivery or download, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
No refunds or exchanges after download
Once a digital file or download link has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, no refund, return, exchange, cancellation, or store credit will be provided for change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to use the product, or dissatisfaction with the format or content.
Lost, damaged, or inaccessible files
Replacement files are not provided for digital files that become lost, deleted, damaged, corrupted, or inaccessible on the purchaser’s device after delivery. Please download the product promptly, store it in a secure location, and create a personal backup.

Review the product description, format, device requirements, and any listed software needs before purchase. If you have a question about whether a resource is right for you or compatible with your device, ask before completing the purchase.
Personal-use license
Unless a product expressly states otherwise, a digital purchase gives the purchaser a limited license for personal, noncommercial use. Files may not be shared, copied for a group, resold, uploaded, distributed, or reproduced for commercial use without written permission.
Third-party payments
If a purchase is processed by an outside platform, that platform’s payment terms and procedures may also apply. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
